Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.99/- per order on all COD orders.
Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 48hrs of order is placed from our warehouse. It usually takes 2-7 working days to reach destination depending upon location.

At Zaadran, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If a customer faces any issue with their order or product, the applicable resolution will be provided through Store Credit or Exchange/Replacement, as applicable. No monetary refund will be provided in any situation.
Customers can cancel their order, subject to the order status. However, cancellation does not qualify for a monetary refund. Only Store Credit will be provided, wherever applicable.

For all exchanges, the customer shall be liable to pay the applicable courier charges.
Exchange can be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. The exchange process usually takes 10–15 working days for the replacement to be dispatched.
An exchange courier charge of ₹480 will be applicable.
Store Credit, wherever applicable, will be issued after the returned item is received and verified in its original condition.
