Return And Exchange Policy:
At Zaadran, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the value of your returned product. This store credit can be used for future purchases on Zaadran.com.
Exchange & Store Credit Terms:
Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Store credit will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Store credit is valid for 15 days from the date of issue and cannot be combined with any ongoing offers or sale items.
For exchanges, customers are required to bear the courier charges.
Please note that our exchange process may take 10–15 working days to dispatch the replacement item, depending on logistics and availability.

We understand that sizing issues or other concerns may arise, and we’re here to help! However, to ensure a smooth resolution in case of a defective, missing, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Make an unboxing video while opening your package.
If your item is physically damaged, missing parts, defective, or not as described, please send the unboxing video to us via email or WhatsApp within 5 hours of receiving your order.
In such cases, we will investigate the matter and dispatch the same product as a replacement. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be processed without an unboxing video.
