Return & Refund Policy:

Please note that Zaadran does not offer refunds under any circumstances. No monetary refund will be issued to the original payment method, bank account, card, UPI, or any other payment source.

If you have any issue with your order or product and the order is eligible for a resolution under our applicable policies, store credit will be provided instead of a refund.

Customers may request to cancel an order, subject to the order's processing or dispatch status. However, cancellation does not qualify for a monetary refund. Where applicable, the amount will be provided as Zaadran store credit only.

Once issued, store credit can be used toward a future purchase on Zaadran, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

In all cases, Zaadran's resolution will be limited to store credit, and no cash or monetary refund will be provided.

Exchange Policy

At Zaadran, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need a different size or have any concerns with your order, we're here to help.

Exchange Terms: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Customers are required to bear the courier charges for exchanges. The exchange process may take 10–15 working days to dispatch the replacement product, depending on logistics and product availability.

An exchange courier charge of ₹480 will be applicable.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 45 days from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases at Zaadran.com. Store credit cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discounts, or sale items.

Important Guidelines: Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. If your order is damaged, defective, missing any item, or you receive an incorrect product, send the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp within 5 hours of delivery. After verification, we will dispatch the same product as a replacement.

Please Note: Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video. Zaadran reserves the right to restrict exchanges in cases of repeated or suspicious misuse of the exchange policy.
