Exchange Policy: At Zaadran, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need a different size or have any concerns with your order, we're here to help.

Exchange Terms: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Customers are required to bear the courier charges for exchanges. The exchange process may take 10–15 working days to dispatch the replacement product, depending on logistics and product availability.

Return & Refund Policy: Please note that Zaadran does not offer returns or refunds. However, once your returned product is received in its original condition, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

Store Credit: Store credit is valid for 45 days from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases at Zaadran.com. Store credit cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discounts, or sale items.

Important Guidelines: Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. If your order is damaged, defective, missing any item, or you receive an incorrect product, send the unboxing video via email or WhatsApp within 5 hours of delivery. After verification, we will dispatch the same product as a replacement.

Please Note: Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video. Zaadran reserves the right to restrict exchanges in cases of repeated or suspicious misuse of the exchange policy.
