Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.99/- per order on all COD orders.
Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 48hrs of order is placed from our warehouse. It usually takes 2-7 working days to reach destination depending upon location.

At Zaadran, we do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items. However, we are happy to provide store credit for the value of the returned product, which can be used on future purchases. 

Credit note / Gift card/ Store Credit  is not applicable if applying any promotional offer.

Note: Store credits shall be availed with 45 days of Return and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or sale product .

For all the exchange the customer shall be liable to pay for the courier charges.

Exchange can be done within 3 days of receiving the product.

We understand that at time size or any other concern can be the reason for exchange. So, we do offer the same, but kindly note EXCHNAGE PROCESS is a time taking process which usually takes 10-15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.

Please note that the store credit will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. 

Disclaimer ** We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few users/accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. We urge you to make a unboxing video before opening of any order and if you find item in a condition that is Physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Zaadran.com send us the unboxing video on mail/ WhatsApp within 5 hours of product(s) received so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest. Also, no refunds, return/exchange can be processed in such cases.( only same product will be dispatched)
