Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and charged @Rs.99/- per order on all COD orders.
Orders are shipped through our logistic partner within 48hrs of order is placed from our warehouse. It usually takes 2-7 working days to reach destination depending upon location.

At Zaadran, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If a customer faces any issue with their order or product, the applicable resolution will be provided through

Store Credit or Exchange/Replacement, as applicable. No monetary refund will be provided in any situation.

Customers can cancel their order, subject to the order status. However, cancellation does not qualify for a monetary refund**. Only Store Credit will be provided, wherever applicable.

Credit Note / Gift Card / Store Credit is not applicable if applying any promotional offer.

Note: Store Credits must be availed within 45 days of issuance and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or applied to any sale product.

For all exchanges, the customer shall be liable to pay the applicable courier charges.

Exchange can be done within 3 days of receiving the product.

We understand that at times size or any other concern can be the reason for exchange. So, we do offer the same, but kindly note that the EXCHANGE PROCESS is a time-taking process, which usually takes 10–15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.

Please note that the Store Credit will be issued once we receive and verify the returned item in its original condition, wherever applicable. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Disclaimer: We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. For any claim regarding a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the exchange/replacement request. Customers are requested to record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package and share the unboxing video via email/WhatsApp within 5 hours of receiving the product(s) so that we can investigate the matter at the earliest.

If the product is found to be defective, physically damaged, missing any parts or accessories, or different from the product ordered, our team will investigate the matter based on the unboxing video. If the claim is approved, only an exchange/replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to availability. No monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
